random random random

It appears that people want me to do this 16 random facts about myself becuase I am truly R.A.N.D.O.M.. Well here it goes. I hope it is up to your standards of randomness...These are in no special order...

1) Nothing has never been given to me I have to work extremely hard for everything I received. I wish I was one of those people that just get things handed to them that I feel that I am surrounded by. My perfectionist ideals about things I accomplish come from this hard working mindset...
2) I have a tail. A legit tail. I had surgery during J Term my soph. year of college to get a cyst removed from my lower back which caused me to have tai. Also, where my tail is located l have no feeling in my butt (swear!)...I'll show anyone if you want to see it or if you don't believe me.
3) I haven't brushed my hair since I was 16 when I spent the summer in England/France. I forgot to pack my hair brush. So, I made the decision to spend my money on shoes/random things/ but mostly on non Union approved beverages (if you know what I mean). Since then I haven't. It only gets brushed when someone else does...no matter what the length...to my butt or to my chin...no brushing goes down.
4) I love weddings. Seriously. Everything about it. I love the little details that go into planning it. It is such a girly thing for anyone to admit. But it is probally the girliest things about me. I love what the wedding symbolizes, the pictures, the wedding cake...which is yummy. love it...maybe one day.
5) In my family I am really quite. I know this seems odd to all my friends but it is true. I am usually the one just sitting there listening to everyone. So many stories and characters in my family. I think this may be the reason why I am so loud among my friends becuase my brain believes that to be heard you must be loud and random.
6) I love reading books. I can go through a book a day. There is nothing like a good read. I love to just be engulfed in a great book that you can invest in the little stories in them which you can invision what is going on. I can be such a nerd...small fact.
7) I don't like Christmas. I love the meaning of Christ being born but I don't like the materialistic side of it. I can not stand Christmas music. Only on Christmas Eve/Day. I am not s Scrooge or the Grinch... I haven't had a "tradional" Christmas in such a long time. We don't even put a Christmas tree up. Christmas is always rough for me for a lot of deeper issues but it is not my favorite...St. Patrick's Day would take the honors.
8) Excuse my French...."Orlando Bloom has touched my ass". The movie Elizabethtown was filmed in Lousiville my senior year and my bff Lynn aka Fat went everyday for a week while my other bff Julie Ann went on the first day. We pretty much stalked him for a week. Probally the best week of my life. Anyway I have met him like 5 times. And one time he signed my jeans that were ripped on the hip. They are now in a box somewhere in our garage since our last move.
9) I have been homeless for a year. My mom randomly moved my freshman year in college before waiting for our house to be built. Therefore, I lived anywhere...but mainly with my second mother Laura where I shared a bedroom with a middle schooler Kayla who I love. In that year... I lived out of a tent in our garden for 3 months in the summer. We didn't have any plumbing so I had to go to the camp site (we live in a lake town) to go to the bathroom and washed my hair with a hose.
10) I believe that my God given gift is gift giving. I wish that I was loaded, therefore; I could buy everyone little gifts. You can ask anyone who has recieved a gift from me and that will support this statement. There is nothing like finding the perfect gift for someone. You could ask my lils (all four- the most ever...Bekah, Naomi, Molly and Sarah---loves!).
11) You know I how mentioned that summer in Europe above well... when I was traveling back into the red, white and blue country. I was considered a terrorist. I had 2 tickets to my name because one never got canceled and that is a sign of being a terrorist. I was pulled aside and questioned in Paris for about 2 hours almost making me miss the flight. Therefore, I was yelled at, searched, questioned etc while I was crying because I didn't understand what was going on. I guess my last name didn't help the fact either. The only reason I got home was becuase the lady I was with was my mom's college room mate slipped $100 to the men. Great protection right? Still to this day my mom is still scared that I wouldn't be able to go out of the country.
12) I have already come up with the names of my children... I hope my hubby likes it... Girls: Lillian (Lilly) Grace, Elizabeth (Izzie) May, Alexandria (Xandy) Lynn. All the girls are named after someone in my family... Lilly: godmother. Grace: cousin. Izzie: about 4 women in my fam. Lynn: my momma. Boys: Cooper Fabrizio and Trent Philip. Both named after my daddy. That is another severe girlie thing...gross...I just want to honor people I love with the names of my children...
13) I love Kappa Delta more than anyone can ever know. I don't know, it gives me this rush of exicitiment when every I think about it. I have made some of my best friends in the whole entire world though Kappa Delta. I would not be the same person if it was not for it. I can't even begin to think of my life without being an active member next semester. I have put countless amount of thought, blood, tears, laughter, time, trust and love into it. Just saying...I was named one of the Top 10 VP- Memberships last year...just saying. I live by : Let us strive for which is honorable, beautiful and highest... everday of my life. I am a Kay Dee lady who bleeds green through and through. I know that isn't random but I just wanted to clarify if you were ever unsure.
14) I love to pretend shop online. I like to go to websites and look at all the things that I would buy if I could. It is a good thing that I am blessed with a heavy bank account becuase it would be on like whoa... If you are ever bored try it. But the trick is that you can't buy anything. Websites I look at: Pottery Barn, Nordstroms, Gap, Old Navy, ebay, Vicky Secrets, and J. Crew
15) The worlds best feeling is laughing so hard you can't breathe while being surrouded by family and friends. One thing that gets me laughing ever time is at nbcolypmics.com with Ryan Lochte who loves McDonalds. I love it. It gets me everytime.
16) Ok thinking of the last one was hard becuase I could keep going...I have watched almost all the dvds in the Jeffersonville Public Library in one summer. The summer after my senior year in high school. It was so bad that I could tell when new movies came it or when they were out of order. Also, the librarians got to know me by my first name. So there you go...I hope it is random enough for you. I could keep going. But, if you are around me enough you will learn more. I hope you learned something new about me or you were reminded of funny or odd things about me. ps. my foot is asleep after finally finishing this bad boy.
